Our car accident lawyers know that rollover car accidents can cause some of the worst injuries because the roofs on some cars can’t handle the pressure and cave in. That was a big problem with the Ford Explorer. Rollover car accidents can cause traumatic brain injuries to drivers and passengers because of the damage cause when the roof comes down on your head or objects in the car get dislodged and start flying all over the place.
According to details of the crash, the driver of the car had problems operating the emergency brake. Apparently, she had her foot on the gas when she let go of the brake and the car hit a pole and flipped on its side.
To get the women out of the car, firefighters had to tear off part of the roof. The driver of the car had minor injuries to her leg and hand and was taken to the hospital.
Our Carlsbad car accident attorneys know that sometimes these accidents happen because driving a car isn’t easy. There are so many things that have to be done before you turn the key. Forgetting to do something or doing something the wrong way can unfortunately lead to a car accident causing injuries or wrongful death.
