Mid-East Politician Medet Sadyrkulov Presumed Dead After Car Accident

Medet Sadyrkulov, a former presidential aide of Kyrgyzstan is assumed dead after being involved in a car accident early Friday morning while returning from a neighboring country that some of his political allies are calling a murder.

A Lexus sport-utility vehicle was hit by an Audi automobile at about 5 a.m., and three charred bodies believed to be Sadyrkulov and his guards were found inside the car.  The chief of the Internal Affairs Ministry has not confirmed the identity of the three bodies because of ongoing DNA tests.

Our wrongful death attorneys feel that the loss of this foreign political activist may seem strange at first, but car accidents like these do occur throughout the world.  Our firm wants to stress the use of caution no matter where or when you are on the planet.

In recent weeks, Sadrykulov had been raising money in Kazakhstan to overthrow current Kyrgyz president Kurmanbek Bakiyev.  This latest auto accident is the newest in a series of events that government opponents say is an effort to crack down on journalists, politicians and different civic groups that do not agree with the current administration.

Omurbek Tekebayev, a former Speaker of Parliament and head of an opposition party, said that Sadyrkulov was frustrated with his government and felt obligated to help correct the problems Sadyrkulov created before he succumbed to his burn injuries. The growing atmosphere of threats and intimidation has other former officials and opposition party leaders thinking they will be the next casualty in a series of wrongful deaths.

Our wrongful death attorneys know that cases like this are somewhat uncommon, but it is important for the facts to come to life before any type of charge can be applied to defendants.  Personal injury lawyers are always committed to ensure the accuracy of stories before trial and effectively defend their client(s) as necessary.

A good attorney can help their clients pay their medical bills and get the financial compensation they are owed, but only when they have all the facts.
