For the San Diego car accident lawyers at our law firm are concerned not just with helping those who have been in auto accident and are hurt.  We are also concerned with preventing serious San Diego car accidents before they happen, so you can keep free of catastrophic injuries.  That’s why traffic cameras were installed — to curb the amount of red light running, which is a known cause of traffic accidents.

Traffic cameras work in conjunction with electronic sensors placed at intersections and using magnetic waves, knows when a car has moved past the sensor when a stop light is on red.  If the sensor indicates a forward motion during a red light, it will snap a picture in hopes of catching the reckless driver.

Our car accident lawyers want to assist in the prevention of car accidents, not just with the aftermath of a crash.  Running a red light puts you at risk of causing property damage and personal injuries, which is why law enforcement has installed traffic cameras.  So you don’t try to race the stop light as to goes red.  But if you do get fined by a photo enforcement camera, be careful to avoid the troubles that MacMillan is facing and pay your ticket in a timely matter.

Otherwise, you’re cooked in traffic court.
