For years women have been taking oral contraceptives in order to avoid unplanned pregnancies. Numerous birth control pills are on the market in order to fit each woman’s bodily structure – some pills might offer less estrogen or more in order to fit each woman’s specific needs.

Drug labels for both birth controls contain warnings about the risk of side effects like blood clots and strokes. Women who have brought forth personal injury lawsuits therefore may have a hard time winning cases since the dangerous drug company did their due diligence in highlighting the potential health risks.
