Our wrongful death attorneys understand that unfortunate wrongful deaths due to car accidents happen. We do our best for our clients to make sure they receive everything that appropriate family members deserve.
Five years ago, a semi truck crashed into a line of cars on the highway and caused the wrongful deaths of 66-year-old Joseph Sperl and 42-year-old Thomas Sanders. Sperl was driving north on I-55 when a previous and unrelated accident caused traffic to slow down. The driver of the semi truck, DeAn Henry, appeared to have not slowed down quickly enough and his distracted driving caused the semi truck accident.
Our wrongful death lawyers can only hope this payout brings some peace to the families of the people that have died because of this horrible semi truck accident five years ago.
