New allegations are emerging about the woman in the passenger seat the night actor Morgan Freeman was in a car crash on a rural Mississippi highway. Freeman is saying that Demaris Meyer, the passenger, was partly to blame for the rollover car accident.
Meyer is currently suing the 71-year-old actor in a U.S. District Court in Oxford, Mississippi, for her medical bills, pain and suffering, lost wages, permanent disability and property damage.
