The names of the people involved in with the fatal DUI car accident that took place in Miramar neighborhood of San Diego last weekend have been released by the San Diego police.
Around 1:20 a.m. on October 25th, 2009, the drunk driver of a 2002 Chevy Avalanche, Iveth Zea, lost control behind the wheel while traveling west on Miramar Road at Empire Street and collided with a power transformer. La Mesa resident Nicholas James Zagunis, 22, suffered a wrongful death when he was flung from the backseat of the vehicle.
The fatal auto accident continued to escalate in horror as Zea crossed the street before slamming into the side of a building, a number of trees and finally coming to a halt in an empty parking lot of an office complex.

She is currently beind held at the Vista jail where her bail has been set to $100,000 for the fatal auto accident.
