In this case, an improper turn led to the fatal motorcycle accident when the unlicensed 28-year-old woman was driving westbound on Hanson Lane.  When she stopped and made a U-turn, she didn’t see the  motorcycle which was also traveling westbound.  The driver crossed in front of the motorcyclist’s path and the rider struck the driver’s side of the car.  The motorcyclist suffered major injuries and died at the site of the crash.
