Our pedestrian accident attorneys want to urge you to be aware of your surroundings when you are walking down the street. In particular, you should be careful when crossing an intersection. There is so much traffic whizzing by at high speeds that the unexpected tends to happen too often. Pedestrian accidents cause the injuries and wrongful death of thousands of people every year because of unexplained or unexpected problems with cars or if a car accident causes one or more cars to spin out of control. In this case, the man hit by a car could have suffered a traumatic brain injury.
Investigators looking into the pedestrian accident determined that the pedestrian was at fault and the driver will not face any charges.
