The families of two Brownsville, Texas middle school teachers who died in a March bus accident have sued the tour company in a lawsuit accusing the traveling firm of gross negligence.

According to the lawsuit, Grupo Senda Autotransporte, the Monterrey-based transportation company, failed to provide safe and proper transportation to and from Mexico and not threaten the health of passengers.

The driver of the big rig was driving under the influence of alcohol when he swerved into oncoming traffic leading to the head-on bus accident.
