The accident occurred about 1:45 a.m. on March 21, when the woman’s Mitsubishi car was heading east in the westbound lanes of Dougherty Ferry Road. A Honda was turning right from Des Peres Road onto Dougherty Ferry.
Police have said she posted a blood-alcohol count of .169 three hours after the fatal car crash, more than twice the legal limit of .08.
