Managing Partner
Aaron Salomon is the Managing Partner at Pines Salomon Personal Injury Lawyers and has been with the firm since 2005. Aaron specializes in litigating all aspects of personal injury, product liability and automobile accident cases. Aaron attended Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge on a full academic scholarship and graduated in the top of his class from California Western School of Law in 2005. Aaron loves the courtroom and follows a long line of trial lawyers in his family which include his father, uncle and grandfather. Over the years, Aaron has helped our clients recover millions in settlements and awards.
Aaron is dedicated to achieving justice for all of our clients no matter the size of the case. Some of Aaron’s recent victories include a $14 million dollar settlement on a complex regional pain syndrome case and a $10 million dollar settlement for traumatic brain injury survivor. Aaron regularly settles serious injury cases for over seven figures including a recent $2.3 million dollar settlement for a TBI, a $5.5 million settlement for a disputed neck injury case, and multiple $1 million dollar policy limit settlements for wrongful death claims. He has also successfully handled products liability cases, Federal Tort claims and other rare cases such as a $1.5 million dollar settlement for a pellet gun injury where the injured child’s claim was initially denied and a $1 million dollar settlement for a case involving an exploding champagne bottle.
Aaron has been selected to Super Lawyers for ten years in a row, this is an award where peer nominations and evaluations are combined with independent research and no more than 5 percent of the lawyers in the state are given this award. Aaron has also been awarded the A/V Preeminent rating from Martindale Hubble (the highest rating in Legal Ability and Ethical Standards. Some of Aaron’s other accolades include multiple years rated in Top 100 Trial Lawyers in California and with California Lawyers of Distinction.
When not working, Aaron enjoys spending his time with his wife and children. If Aaron is not surfing, you will probably find him cooking and rooting on the LSU Tigers and New Orleans Saints. Aaron is licensed to practice law in the State of California in both state and federal courts. Aaron is also a member of American Association for Justice, Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, Consumer Attorneys of Los Angeles, and the Consumer Attorneys of California.
