Office Manager
Madison is the Office Manager at Pines Salomon Personal Injury Lawyers, where she coordinates client intake, case management, and external communications. She is passionate about creating a seamless experience for every client, ensuring each person receives attentive and compassionate service from their first consultation through the life of their case.
Before joining Pines Salomon Injury Lawyers, Madison spent several years in property management, where she developed a strong foundation in client service through relationship building and creative problem-solving. That experience taught her the value of fostering meaningful relationships with clients, staying organized, and finding thoughtful solutions to complex challenges. Her transition to the legal field was inspired by a desire to help clients in a meaningful way during difficult times. Today she uses those skills to support the firm’s attorneys, help the office operate efficiently, and provide clients with an exceptional experience.
Outside the office, Madison enjoys spending time outdoors, practicing yoga, and watching sports with her partner and their two cats.
