A Granite Hills High School football player was recently killed in a traffic accident while he was coming home from the end of season awards banquet for the team.
Any teen accident is a devastating one, especially if anyone is hurt or killed in the crash.
The victim was only 17 years old when his vehicle collided with an SUV in Alpine, according to the California Highway Patrol. Four other people involved in the accident had minor to moderate injuries but the teen died at the scene of the accident. He had recently been named to the CIF All San Diego First Teen Defense.
Unfortunately, teen accidents can lead to devastating consequences and the loss of someone far too young. These teen accidents may leave scars for the surviving family members. In the event that you were recently involved in an accident with a negligent teen driver or if you have lost your teenage driver in an accident with another reckless or negligent person, you may have grounds to pursue a wrongful death claim or a personal injury claim.
A consultation with an experienced San Diego personal injury lawyer should be your first priority after such an incident.
